Running until May 19, 2026, the community programme welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels for outdoor workout sessions in a safe and professionally managed setting.\nThe sessions are held on alternating Friday mornings and Tuesday evenings, allowing participants to choose between sunrise workouts or evening training under the circuit lights. Runners and walkers use the 2.55km inner track, while cyclists take on the 3.543km outer circuit.\nAlongside the fitness activities, the programme also offers a relaxed community atmosphere with food trucks, seating areas at Paddock North, parking spaces, and on-site medical support, creating a complete outdoor fitness experience in Bahrain.\n
