The Avenues

The Avenues – Bahrain is the first shopping and leisure destination of its kind in the Kingdom. It sits along a 1.5 km seafront in central Manama, along King Faisal Road. Inspired by The Avenues – Kuwait, the design creates an outdoor feel while keeping visitors cool under a sunlit, enclosed ceiling.

The mall covers 40,000 sqm and includes 130 stores. Half of the space features restaurants and cafés with views of Bahrain Bay. Visitors can also enjoy cinemas, a play hall, a public park, walkways, and plenty of parking. The developers received approval to begin Phase II, which will add 30,000 sqm and new districts, making it even more attractive to locals and tourists.
