Who better to speak about the strength of our home than the people who keep its heart beating? We sat down with members of our community who didn’t just stay, they stepped up. They shared how they turned a challenging time into a clear choice to move forward, proving that when the country calls, its people answer with action. These are the voices of those who stayed focused, stayed driven, and stayed committed to the pulse of this place.

“We ensured guests and employees knew that safety was the top priority, even providing transportation for staff families. We didn’t stop operations; we simply adapted with rotations and skeletal staffing. Continuity means things have to continue, even with a different approach. Our plans for the whole year are already laid out. Communications are kept open and events are still lined up or postponed, but not cancelled. We are moving ahead so that the work never halts.”
