General Policy<\/h3><p data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"820\">All services offered by PowerUp City are <strong data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"559\">digital<\/strong> in nature (directory listings, advertising, promotions, subscriptions, and online event ticketing). Once purchased, services are non-tangible and considered delivered. Therefore, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions described below.<\/p><hr data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"825\" \/><h3 data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"867\">2. Advertising &amp; Directory Listings<\/h3><ul data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"1371\"><li data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"1061\"><p data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"1061\"><strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"888\">Non-Refundable<\/strong>: Payments for digital advertising services (banners, sponsored content, promotions, directory listings) are <strong data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1015\">non-refundable<\/strong> once the campaign or listing has gone live.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1234\"><p data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1234\"><strong data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1095\">Cancellations Before Launch<\/strong>: If a cancellation request is received <em data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1143\">before<\/em> a campaign or listing is published, PowerUp City may issue a credit note for future use.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1371\"><p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1371\"><strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1257\">Technical Errors<\/strong>: If an advertisement fails to appear due to a technical issue on our side, a re-run or credit will be provided.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1376\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1399\">3. Subscriptions<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1686\"><li data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1487\"><p data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1487\">Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are <strong data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1458\">non-refundable<\/strong> once payment is processed.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1619\"><p data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1619\">You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid renewal charges. Cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1686\"><p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1686\">No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1691\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1716\">4. Event Ticketing<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"2425\"><li data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1866\"><p data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1866\"><strong data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1751\">Responsibility of Organizers<\/strong>: PowerUp City acts only as a ticketing platform. The responsibility for event execution lies with the organizer.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1973\"><p data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1973\"><strong data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1895\">Non-Refundable Tickets<\/strong>: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2122\"><p data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2122\"><strong data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"1998\">Event Cancellation<\/strong>: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds (if applicable) will be processed by the organizer, not PowerUp City.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2275\"><p data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2275\"><strong data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2155\">Event Postponement\/Changes<\/strong>: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets remain valid. Refund eligibility depends on the organizer\u2019s policy.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2425\"><p data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2425\"><strong data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2294\">Service Fees<\/strong>: Platform fees, processing charges, and convenience fees are <strong data-start=\"2356\" data-end=\"2374\">non-refundable<\/strong>, even if the organizer approves a ticket refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2430\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2468\">5. Refund Requests &amp; Processing<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2686\"><li data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2539\"><p data-start=\"2471\" data-end=\"2539\">Refund requests must be sent in writing to <strong data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2536\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2534\">support@powerup.bh<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2626\"><p data-start=\"2542\" data-end=\"2626\">Where applicable, approved refunds may take up to <strong data-start=\"2592\" data-end=\"2612\">14 business days<\/strong> to process.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2686\"><p data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2686\">Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2688\" data-end=\"2691\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2693\" data-end=\"2711\">6. Exceptions<\/h3><p data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2811\">Refunds or credits may be issued at PowerUp City\u2019s sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2947\"><li data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2835\"><p data-start=\"2814\" data-end=\"2835\">Duplicate payments.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2836\" data-end=\"2893\"><p data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2893\">Proven technical errors resulting in service failure.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2894\" data-end=\"2947\"><p data-start=\"2896\" data-end=\"2947\">Legal or regulatory obligations requiring refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2949\" data-end=\"2952\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2954\" data-end=\"2975\">7. Governing Law<\/h3><p data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3106\">This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
