According to the diplomats, several sites have been affected, including energy facilities, transport hubs, airports, and seaports.<\/p><p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1223\">They stressed that attacks on civilian and critical infrastructure raise serious concerns and stand in violation of international law and the United Nations Charter.<\/p><p data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1505\">The meeting also served as an opportunity for GCC countries to outline the scale of the incidents and reaffirm their preparedness to respond to threats.
