His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa<\/strong>, Minister of the Prime Minister\u2019s Court and Chairman of the High Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, congratulated Ibrahim Nader on his achievement.
