    • Advertising content (banners, promotions, sponsored posts) must comply with Bahrain laws and must not contain prohibited or offensive material.
    • We reserve the right to reject or remove content at our discretion.
    • Paid advertising packages are subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

    5. Subscriptions

    • Subscription packages are offered on monthly or annual terms, payable in advance.
    • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to renewal date.
    • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

    6. Event Ticketing Services

    • Event organizers are solely responsible for providing accurate event details and delivering the event as advertised.
    • PowerUp City acts as a digital ticketing platform and is not responsible for cancellations, postponements, or changes to events.
    • Tickets purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the organizer.
    • In case of event cancellation, refunds (if applicable) are managed directly by the event organizer.

    7. Payments

    • Payments for advertising, subscriptions, and ticketing services must be made online through secure payment gateways.
    • All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless stated otherwise.
    • You agree to pay all applicable charges at the time of purchase.

    8. Intellectual Property

    • All content, design, graphics, logos, and software on www.powerup.city are the intellectual property of PowerUp City WLL.
    • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

    9. Limitation of Liability
